Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 to 7 days.

  • Custom and handmade items may take a little longer due to the time and detail involved.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 10-12 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
